Jumpstart is a leading early education nonprofit organization that is fueled by a fundamental belief: providing transformative educational opportunities to young children contributes to breaking the cycle of poverty. Jumpstart partners with leading universities, community organizations, corporations, and early education providers in pursuit of its mission: to provide language, literacy, and social-emotional programming for preschool children from under-resourced communities and to promote quality early learning for all. Jumpstart seeks to positively transform early education by enriching the learning experiences of preschool-aged children, cultivating a high-quality early education workforce, and inspiring public support and investment in high-quality early learning, ultimately envisioning the day every child in America enters kindergarten prepared to succeed.
This is Hestia’s third year funding Jumpstart. Hestia’s grant of $30,000 will support their core programming in Boston.
